BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hands on in Manufacturing execution system Rockwell PLC software like Rslogix5000, Factory talk view studio SE and ME, Factory Talk Transaction Manger, SQL Table, SQL store procedure, Kepware Tag mapping, Kepware Data Logger.
- Functional knowledge on Rockwell MES PLC Ladder logic and its order managements logic.
- Expertise in solution design and development on PLC, SCADA, FTTM and kepware including integrations to OEM and L2 automation layer.
- Experience in production support including resolution of daily production issues, analysis and understand business end user expectation.
- Experience in MES Hardware (PLC, RIO, Scanner, Printer, HHT, PC, IIOT devices etc.) and above mention software trouble shooting if case any issue occurred online.
- Leading shop floor, machine, and process studies, discussing and supporting to optimize solutions. Understand the data inputs available from machines, processes etc. and its integration with MES.
- Should understand the business KPI and align accordingly for its support from MES side.
FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES
- Ensure optimal solution design work with development team to create FDS and detailed design specification implement the PLC solution and smooth go live.
- Root cause analysis and solutions for issues and ensure timely closure identify and develop new reusable application / codes / modules.
- Monitoring of MES application
- Should be well enough capable of handling L2 escalation calls independently.
QUALIFICATION
BE / B. Tech in Electronics and telecommunication, Electronics.
