Trainee – Payroll

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Support audits with required documentation.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries & coordinate with clients.
  • Perform assigned payroll and HR duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Work well in teams, stay positive, and communicate politely
  • with coworkers and clients.
