Trainee – HR Practices

FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES

  • Manage Staffing Associates ELC – onboarding, offboarding
  • Ensure compliance related requirements are adhered to
  • Ensure adherence to Time & Attendance & Payroll & Salary Cuttoffs
  • Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring queries service requests & queries are closed within agreed TATs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process by proposing & implementing solutions
  • Ensure SOPs, Process Flows are adhered to
  • Coordinate to ensure payments for invoices raised are received on time
  • Ensure positive Client engagement
  • Ensure All Client related SLAs are tracked, and met & relevant MIS is published

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes & compensation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Time & Attendance Process
  • Knowledge of payroll process
  • Knowledge of Compliances
  • Knowledge MS Excel

BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with demonstrated ability to liaise with stakeholders, and work as a team player.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
