Functional Deliverables :
- Ensures the dealer network to be knowledgeable, skilled, and competent to handle BEV customers.
- Train the dealer network workforce to represent brand values, to handle customer queries, and to handle market-level competition in terms of car sales.
- Train the dealer network workforce on lifestyle and consultative selling.
- Be able to conduct coaching to the sales workforce to achieve the required qualitative and quantitative KPI’s.
- Provide inputs for content upkeep and validation periodically.
- Plan and deliver training through classroom courses as well as on-the-job coaching and certification, with additional focus on virtual courses for capability building.
- Plan end-to-end training infrastructure as well as all kinds of training resources upkeep and development with foresight, proper budgeting, and reward and recognition activities.
Educational & Technical Qualifications :
- Bachelors in any stream.
- BE/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (Desired).
